Want the support and guidance of 1:1 personal training sessions but thrive on the energy and community of a small group?

Enjoy having a trainer to create a program for you to follow and their guidance in person 1-2 times a week?

Need more affordable pricing to access high quality programming and workouts?

Then in person small group sessions are for you!

  • Sessions are offered in my home gym with a max of 5 folks per session.

  • We utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight in these 60 minute workouts and movement variations are provided to support folk with various movement support needs to be challenged while meeting yourself where you are at!

  • Sessions are currently offered Thursdays at 4:30 pm and 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:30 am. There is potential for additional days/times being added if needed and desired by enough folks. Also, if you have a group of friends that a particular day and time works for all of you, we can work that out for your “premade” group.

  • Once you purchase, you will be emailed a welcome email with waiver, agreement and scheduling links. If you are new client you will also be asked to compete a short “about me” form so Michelle can be best prepared to support you at your session!

  • 6 and 10 packs expire in 60 days of purchase
