What is included:

  • 8 weeks of individualized programming and workouts that considers your:

  • Access to your customized workouts, the On Demand Resource & Workout Library, and connection with Coach Michelle via text and video messaging on an easy to use, convenient app on your phone: everything is in one place, not spread across multiple apps!

    • Track your workouts and progress

    • Submit videos of movements for video, audio and/or written feedback from Coach Michelle (feedback provided weekly)

    • Weekly check ins via a form in the app

    • Access to growing “on demand” library of supplementary educational and workout videos such as “how -tos” yoga, mobility, breathwork and more

  • 3, 30 minute calls on zoom or phone:

    • Kick off call to discuss goals, current performance levels, and preferences

    • 4 week check in - can be used for anything that you need support with such as: check in on form of movements, troubleshoot motivation, discuss nutrition, etc

    • Wrap up call at 6-8 weeks to discuss your progress and potential next steps for your success

What happens once you fill out the form?

  • Coach Michelle will email you within 24-48 hours to set up your payment of $378 or 2 payments of $189

  • After payment, you will:

    • receive an email invitation to join the Everfit App where all your workouts, coach correspondences, and on demand library are located

    • an emailed waiver and contract for you to review and sign

    • in an email, options to schedule your first 30 minute phone or zoom call to discuss your goals and direction of your program so she can design the best program for you for the 8 weeks!

    • Within 48 hours of your kick off call, your programming will be available to you in the app!
